The Curious Case

I listened to the short story "The Curious Case of Benjamin Button" tonight on my ride home from work. Having heard a little about it previously, I was not terribly surprised by the main plot. Still, I found the idea intriguing and Fitzgerald's take on generational age gaps worth pondering personally as we face such a big life transition. Am I mellowing, as F describes BB and later Hildegarde as doing? Will I be able to maintain some vibrancy as a 30-something mom? Time seems to be flying, but thankfully, it is flying forward!
